Erika Copping, R.M.T.
Erika is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
She has taken courses on Joint Play Assessment & Technique, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Introduction to Acupuncture, Ethical workshops, a Comprehensive General and Sports Outreach Program as well as a special needs outreach program working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Erika is a deep tissue therapist and is now in her ninth year of practice. She got her start here in Barrie at a clinic in the south end where she practiced for 2 ½ years. Erika decided to expand her growing practice and opened the clinic Hands On Performance Wellness Clinic as an extension of her career as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Erika loves to motivate her clients through her upbeat personality and showing them rehabilitation exercises that they can take with them to improve their overall health and physique.
In her spare time, she loves to entertain, cook, travel, run her Jack Russell named Bentley down by the waterfront, take yoga classes, and spends her time in the gym. Erika is currently training for a triathlon.
Hailie Atlas, R.M.T.
Hailie is a graduate from CDI Business College and has practiced in a rehabilitation clinic in Guelph before coming home to Simcoe County.
Hailie is now in her sixth year of practice, and began by focusing on deep tissue massage. She has taken courses on Hot Stone Massage and has added an Introduction to Acupuncture to her credentials.
With the love of learning and growth, Hailie continues to explore different facets of massage therapy. Working with the individual is of the utmost of importance to her, and she will go to the lengths she can to help each client depending on their specific needs.
Hailie's therapeutic massage is enhanced with her unique combination of cheerfulness, empathy, and physical strength.
In her recreational time, Hailie trains in the gym, and is a singer in a Toronto based band performing locally on stages here in Barrie, as well as Toronto and Guelph.
