Erika is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

She has taken courses on Joint Play Assessment & Technique, Pregnancy Massage, Introduction to Acupuncture, Ethical workshops, a Comprehensive General and Sports Outreach Program as well as a special needs outreach program working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Erika is a deep tissue therapist and is now in her eighth year of practice. She got her start here in Barrie at a clinic in the south end where she practiced for 2 ½ years. Erika decided to expand her growing practice and founded the clinic Hands On Performance Wellness Clinic in 2004 as an extension of her career as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Erika loves to motivate her clients through her upbeat personality and showing them rehabilitation exercises that they can take with them to improve their overall health and physique.

In her spare time, she loves to entertain, cook, travel, run her Jack Russell named Bentley down by the waterfront, take yoga classes, and spends her time in the gym. Erika is currently training for a triathlon.

Hailie is a graduate from CDI Business College . She practiced in a rehabilitation clinic in Guelph before coming home to Simcoe County.

Hailie is now in her sixth year of practice, and focuses on deep tissue massage. She has taken courses on Hot Stone Massage, Introduction to Acupuncture and has recently added the Can-Fit-Pro certification to her credentials.

With the love of learning and growth, Hailie continues to explore different facets of massage therapy. Catering her treatments to every individual is of the utmost importance to her, and she aims to provide the most benefit based on each person's needs.

Hailie's therapeutic massage is enhanced by her unique combination of cheerfulness, empathy, and physical strength.

In her recreational time, Hailie trains in the gym, enjoys the art of cooking and and sings at various events and venues.

Kristin graduated with honours from Georgian College here in Barrie. She has been a member of the Hands on Performance team since the summer of 2007. Using Massage Therapy along with home care, she is helping clients in need to enhance their quality of life. She thoroughly enjoys the relationships that she has built with her clients and it is them who make coming in to work such a pleasure.

Kristin has future plans to expand her knowledge base through taking courses over the next few years. Some of her interests are acupuncture and reflexology.

Kristin also works part time in long-term care facilities massaging the elderly, which she finds very rewarding. In her spare time Kristin enjoys playing soccer, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
